3rd Person Toggle Created By R4M4

Hi guys,

I was bored so i went to make my own toggle )
its very simple and its for toggling playing in third person on/off.
I am not sure does it work on cheats disabled servers, but its worth of try )

Wont work unless sb_cheats is "1" wich isnt the fact on public servers.
